  • Kaizen means gradual and orderly improvement when applied to work place it means continuous improvement to respond to dynamic business environment .
  • It involves everyone—mgrs &workers
  • Kaizen is a management philosophy based on Human Engineering and NOT a management technique.
  • Generally it means without large capital investments.
  • Kaizen is implemented by building a culture of sustained continuous improvement FOCUSSING on eliminating waste in all systems and processes  with all people working together & so Team building is linked to KAIZEN.
  • Kaizen will obviously improve effectiveness of all resources s it concentrates on waste elimination & so improves Q,C D & NURTURES I.
  • Kaizen generates process oriented thinking & is directed at peoples efforts.. Kaizen has ability to change Corporate Culture.
