SUNRISE ACADEMY was started in March 2000, originally with the objective of developing the leadership qualities in young executives and students. Today it has evolved into a vibrant organization expanding its activities into Industrial Sourcing and Factory Productivity in addition to Corporate Training.

Promoted by RAJARAM CHANDRASEKAR, a mechanical engineer from IIT(Madras) with an MBA from KSOU (Mysore), having 40 years of experience in industry & training, SUNRISE ACADEMY today has a number of specialists on the staff (both permanent and contracted), to render specific services efficiently to our customers.

Worked for companies like TTK Group, TI Cycles etc. for 16 years, as Production Engr up to DGM-D&D.

Was running an SSI for 9 years, manufacturing automotive switches (for cars, trucks & defence vehicles); and development of industrial automation & special purpose equipment.

Was in Singapore-Malaysia as Project Management Consultant for 4 years, setting up manufacturing projects.
Business Consultant for a Tool Room in Singapore.
Visiting Faculty at the University of Technology, Johor, Malaysia.

Since 12 years, rendering services to industry in productivity & automation, quality systems, and executive training.
