Born
in poverty, Abraham Lincoln, was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight elections, failed in business twice,
and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could have quit many times, but he didnt. Because he didnt quit, he became one of the
greatest Presidents of America. Lincoln was a champion and he never gave up. He became the leader of
a great nation by exhibiting exemplary tenacity under trying circumstances.
LEADERSHIP
means the ability to guide or command a group of people towards achieving certain objectives. But, LEADERSHIP SYNERGY means
to get a group working purely by example and total acceptance. Synergy aims at establishing mutual understanding, trust, and harmony of thoughts, among the members of the group. The leader is actually considered
as first among equals. There are no useless feelings, but only the focus on the group objective.
This
programme is aimed at young executives and College students. It is designed to make the participant look inwards, to list
out his strengths and weaknesses truthfully. Next he is given an insight into transactional analysis, to understand people
better. Based on these two he is expected to prepare himself first, by strengthening the strengths and shedding the weaknesses.
At this stage, intensive exercises are given on Public Speaking, memory skills, rapid reading, active listening and group
dynamics.
The
second half of the programme is about Life Mission. The participant is taught about the powers within, and the tools for attaining
complete self-mastery. Here he learns about how the human consciousness works, the various levels of the mind (alpha, beta
and theta), and how to use these levels effectively to find answers for all his questions. This preparation helps him to write
down, what exactly he wants to achieve in life, and how he will go about.
